Below you will find several materials developed by CoLab (a checklist and resource guide—Quality Infant, Child, and Youth Mental Health Care in Primary Care—supplemented by two focused handouts) for primary care providers looking to build their capacity for integrated care.

This guide and supplementary handouts are intended to be a self-directed learning tools for primary care providers looking to build their capacity for integrated care. They may also serve as an organizational assessment tool, as needed, in primary care settings for the integration of behavioral health care.
