Co-Designing for Justice

Overview

The UW CoLab (previously SAJE) is excited to be collaborating with Pierce County’s public health and juvenile court as well as the Hilltop Center4Excellence and IAMWORTHY grassroots organizations to reinvision the justice system for kids in the county. Check out our co-design page for more information about the codesign process.

Status

The CoLab team is currently engaging in the co-design process with Hilltop Center4Excellence and IAMWORTHY. Our team recently completed program mapping for both agencies, including summarizing the agencies’ current violence prevention approach, overarching framework, and goals. We are currently in the process of running systematic searches of the research literature and synthesizing findings in concrete, actionable recommendations.
