Bringing Specialty Clinical Skills to Youth Mobile Crisis Response and Stabilization Teams:

Experiences from a Collaborative Consultation Training Program

The University of Washington CoLab for Community and Behavioral Health Policy hosted a webinar on June 13th, 2025 titled Specialty Skills for Youth Mobile Crisis Response and Stabilization Teams. This webinar covered a multi-year effort to support MRSS teams working with high-risk youth and families. During this webinar, EBPI/CoLab shared the history and progress of the project to date before transitioning to a panel discussion featuring MRSS peer support specialists, clinicians, and supervisors from two of our agency partners on this project: Seneca Family of Agencies and Frontier Behavioral Health. The panelists, who work daily with high-risk youth and their families, discussed their approach to supporting families experiencing behavioral health crises and the applicability of the strategies learned through this consultation training program.
